Waters, Steve

Steve Waters is a playwright and senior lecturer in creative writing at UEA; recent work includes the forthcoming Bretton Woods for Radio 3 (June 2014), his new self-performed project In a vulnerable place funded by the Arts Council and Temple a new play for the Donmar Warehouse, London. ┬áHis book The Secret Life of Plays (2010) has been described as ‘thirilling’ by the TLS. His best known plays include The Contingency Plan (2009) and World Music (2003/4); he is published by Nick Hern Books.
