Waters, Steve

Steve Waters is a playwright and senior lecturer in creative writing at UEA; recent work includes the forthcoming Bretton Woods for Radio 3 (June 2014), his new self-performed project In a vulnerable place funded by the Arts Council and Temple a new play for the Donmar Warehouse, London.  His book The Secret Life of Plays (2010) has been described as ‘thirilling’ by the TLS. His best known plays include The Contingency Plan (2009) and World Music (2003/4); he is published by Nick Hern Books.
