‘Regeneration’ is the new collection of poetry by UEA poet Meirion Jordan and is published by Seren this week. It is his re-imagining of the the Welsh
medieval manuscripts ‘The Red Book of Hergest’ and ‘The White Book of Rhydderch’. Meirion read Mathematics at Sommerville College, Oxford and
graduated from the UEA Creative Writing (Poetry) MA in 2008. He is currently completing his PhD in Creative and Critical Writing under the supervision of George Szirtes. His debut ‘Moonrise’ was published in 2008 and shortlisted for the Forward Prize Best First Collection, while his pamphlet ‘Strangers Hall’ was shortlisted for the 2009 East Anglian Book Awards.
