‘Mrs Hemingway’ is the second novel by UEA alumna Naomi Wood and has just been published by Picador. Naomi graduated from the MA in Creative Writing (Prose Fiction) at UEA in 2008 and subsequently completed her PhD in Creative and Critical Writing under the supervision of Giles Foden and Rebecca Stott. Her first novel ‘The Godless Boys’ was published in 2011, and in 2012 she was appointed as one of the inaugural Writers-in-Residence at the British Library’s Eccles Centre for American Studies. She is now employed as a lecturer in Creative Writing at Goldsmiths, University of London. Naomi will be reading from ‘Mrs Hemingway’ as part of the ‘UEA Live’ series of events on Thursday 3rd April in Café Bar Marzano at Norwich Millennium Library.
