The American poet Juliana Spahr will be appearing at the inaugural UEA poetry festival this weekend. Recipient of 2009 Hardison Poetry Prize, which honours a U.S. poet whose art and teaching demonstrate ‘great imagination and daring’, Juliana (pictured) will be reading at the final event on the evening of 18th April with poet and critic Andrea Brady, who teaches at Queen Mary, University of London. Other readers include Francesca Lisette, Rebecca Perry, Sam Solomon, Samantha Walton, and UEA alumni Adam Warne, Angus Sinclair, Jo Surzyn, Kate Duckney and Laura Elliott.
