Eleanor is an interactive ‘whodunit’ that invites participants to explore the medieval history of Norwich through an immersive walk through the city. It has been developed in collaboration with the cross-artform organisation Mutiny, and was commissioned as part of UEA’s Future & Form project. It will be launched during the 2021 Norfolk and Norwich Festival on 21 May. Future & Form comprises six new multidisciplinary, experimental works that explore the interface between contemporary literature and creative technology. Funded by Arts Council England, it is the centrepiece of the fiftieth anniversary celebrations of the UEA Creative Writing programme. Imogen (pictured) graduated from the UEA MA in Creative Writing (Prose Fiction) in 2014. Her debut novel, The Mermaid and Mrs Hancock, was shortlisted for the Women’s Prize for Fiction and the Deborah Rogers Foundation Writer Award, among others, and won the Betty Trask Award.
