In Dark Water is the debut novel by current UEA Creative Writing student Lynne McEwan and is published by Canelo this week. Lynne is a former Fleet Street photographer who worked for the Mirror, Sunday Mirror, and People, and covered stories from the fall of the Berlin Wall to the Gulf War to the murder of Stephen Lawrence. Born in Glasgow, she studied photography at Glasgow College of Building and Printing, and joined the MA in Creative Writing (Prose Fiction) in 2019. She now lives in Lincolnshire
