Breaking Down Loudly is the debut collection of poetry by UEA alumna Iona May and is published by Verve Poetry this week. Iona graduated from the MA in Creative Writing (Poetry) in 2018 and works as a Religious Studies teacher in Norwich. Her work has been published by Porridge, Gatehouse Press and Eggbox, amongst others, and she has performed at various venues including The Garage Theatre in Norwich and at the Norfolk and Norwich Festival.
