Before the Storm is the third novel in The Liverpool Mysteries Series by UEA alumnus Jack Byrne and is published this week by Northodox Press. Jack was born and raised in Speke, Liverpool, and graduated from UEA’s BA in English Literature in 2003. He published his debut collection of short stories, The One Road, in 2020. His debut novel Under the Bridge, the first in the series, was published by Northodox Press in 2021. The second novel of the series, Across the Water, was published by Northodox Press in 2022.
