The Bullet: A Memoir is the new book by UEA alumnus Tom Lee and is published by Granta Books this week. Tom graduated from UEA’s undergraduate programme in 1993 and subsequently completed a PhD at Goldsmiths College London. He published his first collection of stories Greenfly in 2009. His stories have been published in The Sunday Times Magazine, Prospect, Esquire, The Dublin Review and Zoetrope All Story, and broadcast on BBC Radio 4, and in 2012 he was shortlisted for the Sunday Times EFG Private Bank Short Story Award.
