Karol, Nadine

Nadine Kar ol was born in Romania. As a child, she used to play among the ruins of Dracula’s palace, which resulted in a wild imagination never tamed. A translator, conference interpreter and literary journalist, she studied in France and has travelled the world. She’s working on a collection of linked short stories about Romania and on a novel set in London, Paris and around. She was the 2010 winner of the Seth Donaldson Memorial Bursary and graduated from UEA’s Creative Writing MA in 2011.
