Mildren, James
James Mildren worked as a corporate lawyer in London for four years before applying to UEA to pursue his lifelong dream of writing novels. He is currently writing an autobiographical novel called Fragments of Life: Antagonism. Set in London and Berlin, the novel recounts the breakdown of a romantic relationship, exploring aesthetics, memory, alienation, feminism, work-life balance, performativity, privacy, narcissism and the various connections between these things.
