

Wilson, Philip
Philip Wilson researches the relevance to translation of the philosophy of Ludwig Wittgenstein at the University of East Anglia and is currently translating the German novel Das Lächeln der Fortuna (Fortune’s Smile) by Rebecca Gablé and a selection of the poetry of Eduard Mörike. His poems have appeared in many magazines and a there is a forthcoming translation of Alexander Neville’s 1575 Latin history of Norwich, Norwicus. He has published a pamphlet of poetry, Blessed and unbroken by the fall, from Ninth Arrondissement Press, and (with John Gledhill) Luther’s Breviary, a collection of texts translated from Martin Luther (Wartburg Press).
