Maya Hough
A student at UEA for 5 years, Maya Hough is a graduate of the BA in American and English Literature (2016-20), and the MA Creative Writing Poetry (2020/21). During in her undergraduate degree, she exercised her passion for writing through UEA’s Creative Writing Society, where she sat as Secretary on the committee in 2019 and has participated in open mic nights since the age of 18. Maya is now living and working in her hometown of Nottingham, where she is continuing to write poetry inspired by her life, people she knows, and her surrounding world.
