Tiffany Atkinson

Tiffany Atkinson is a Professor of Creative Writing and Convenor of the MA in Creative Writing (Poetry) at UEA. She is the author of four poetry collections. Kink and Particle (2006) was a Poetry Book Society Recommendation and winner of the Jerwood Aldeburgh First Collection Prize. Catulla et al (2011) was shortlisted for the Roland Mathias Poetry Award (Wales Book of the Year) and was a TLS Book of the Year. So Many Moving Parts (2014) received a Hawthornden Fellowship and was a Poetry Book Society Recommendation and won the Roland Mathias Poetry Award (Wales Book of the Year). Lumen, which was published by Bloodaxe in 2021, contains a sequence on representations of pain, illness and recovery that won the 2014 Medicine Unboxed Prize. Tiffany is also the editor of a textbook, The Body: A Reader (2003).
