Into Deadly Storms is the new crime novel by UEA alumna Judi Daykin and has recently been published by Joffe Books. Judi graduated from the MA in Creative Writing (Crime Fiction) at UEA in 2019. Her debut novel Under Violent Skies was shortlisted for the Little, Brown / UEA writers prize and was published by Joffe in 2020. Judi is a working actor with a portfolio career spanning twenty years of theatre, film and television, directing, workshops and medical roleplay. She runs her own theatre company, Broad Horizons, specialising in commissioning new plays recovering and retelling women’s stories.
