Lights, Planets, People! is a new graphic novel adapted by UEA alumna Molly Naylor and illustrator Lizzy Stewart from Molly’s play about a renowned scientist undergoing catastrophes in her work and personal life. It is published by Avery Hill this week. Molly graduated from the MA in Creative Writing (Scriptwriting) at UEA in 2008 and is now a lecturer on the MA. She is a poet, scriptwriter, performer and director. Her recent work includes the Sky One comedy After Hours and the poetry collection Stop Trying to be Fantastic, which was published by Burning Eye Books last year and which she is currently touring around the UK as a stage show. Her stories and plays have been broadcast on BBC Radio 4 and she has performed at festivals and events all over the world. Her first poetry collection Badminton was published by in 2018. She is the co-director of True Stories Live.
