

Matthew Spence was born in Derbyshire where he grew up exploring the Peak District. At UEA he worked on creating his own style of landscape writing, drawing particularly on the Buddhist notion of ‘non-dualism.’ At the moment he is living a semi-nomadic lifestyle and working towards a first collection of poetry.
